ASAM encourages you to use your voice, expertise, and knowledge to increase addiction prevention, treatment, remission, and recovery through volunteer opportunities. Here you will find opportunities to serve on ASAM’s councils, committees, subcommittees as well as task force groups. Terms of service can be short or long-term depending on the charge of the group.

91视频 is seeking experts to serve on the 91视频 Criteria Task Group on Interoperable Data Standards. This group will support ASAM’s efforts to explore, define, and recommend approaches for integrating interoperable data standards into ASAM tools and resources related to substance use disorder assessment and treatment planning.

Distinguished Fellows Selection Committee - Application Open
The Distinguished Fellows Selection Committee establishes the criteria for members to become ASAM Distinguished Fellows. The Committee is also responsible for making recommendations to the ASAM BOD or Executive Council for applicants who have met the criteria to become a Distinguished Fellow of ASAM.
